Abstract
Sexual fantasy is an important aspect of sexual life; it can enhance sexual pleasure or can cause immense guilt and anxiety. There is only one published Indian study comparing sexual fantasies among homosexual and heterosexual men. This study explored sexual fantasies in men and their relationship with sexual satisfaction. Graduate, 151 sexually active Indian men aged 24–49 years. Cross-sectional anonymous survey using Wilson Sex Fantasy Questionnaire (Wilson) Hindi version was used along with demographic data and Likert scale 0 to 10 (no satisfaction at all to full satisfaction). The 151 responses were analyzed. Mean sexual fantasy score ranged from 0 to 91, mean (SD) 20.82 (14.44). The most endorsed sexual fantasies were: Watching erotic picture or film (86.1%), Passionate kissing (83.4%), Sex with a loving partner (77.5%), Sex at a romantic spot (51.5%) and sex partner by masturbation makes you reaching orgasm (39.7%)
