Abstract
Social psychologists report that individuals are thrown into one social situation after another. One maj or social condition at the present time of great importance and significance is the racial situation which involves a form of social interaction. This interaction is a dynamic one -a configuration of individuals in contact with each other. The result of such interplay of groups or individuals brings about an acquisition of certain forms of behavior and the individual tends to react in terms of his own group identification.
