Abstract

Sewer Liner Defect/ Deficiency Assessment GuidelinesSUMMARY The City of Los Angeles is currently under a court-mandated order to repair 60 miles of sanitary sewer per year for the next seven years. An acceptable repair method includes sewer lining of the pipelines as a means to improve the hydraulic capacity of the sewer lines and extend the sewer system life expectancy by 100 years.
