Abstract

Changing axis deviation has been also reported during acute myocardial infarction, also associated with atrial fibrillation [1-3]. We read with interest a series of articles from Patane and coworkers, which highlighted the importance of changing axis deviation during acute myocardial infarction [1,3-6]. In their cases, the axis deviation prefer to left, which always accompanied with left or right bundle branch block, but no data of right axis deviation is associated with acute myocardial infarction.
