Abstract
• A patient with acral pustular psoriasis also had resorptive osteolysis with soft-tissue atrophy of the digits. This process resulted in progressive distal to proximal loss of the digits rather than the shortened telescoping digits usually seen in more characteristic cases of psoriatic arthritis mutilans. The salient features of acral pustular psoriasis, arthritis mutilans, and distal digit resorption are reviewed. ( Arch Dermatol 1982;118:434-437)
