Abstract

A newborn boy with genetically confirmed Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome presented with severe bilateral corneal ulceration that required emergency surgical tarsorrhaphies and permanent lower punctal occlusion. The patient healed completely, with no recurrence over 18months of follow-up.
