Abstract

This case details the successful transcatheter aortic stenting in a 34-year-old lady with severe aortic coarctation, bilateral carotid artery stenosis and an aberrant right subclavian artery arising distal to the coarctation. The co-existence of these vascular conditions is rare and poses the risk of cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome versus hypoperfusion ischaemic injury.
