Miller Hughes Aircraft Company, Box 92919, MS C2/C175, Los Angeles, CA 90009 Dick Miller is the head of the Program Management Systems Training Section of the Space and communications Group of Hughes Aircraft Company. In that role, he Heads a team of instructional designers who design, develop, and deliver training on project management and control principles and procedures to the engineers, managers, and business prfessionals in the Group who manage and control projects and programs related to bulding communications and defense satellites, and scientific satellites and space probes. He is also an adjunct instructor in computer literacy at Computer Action, a training center subsidlary of Epson america, located in LOs Angeles. He was recently elected Treasurer of the Los angeles Chapter of NSPI. In his spare time, he enjoys playing Dixieland tuba and trumbone.Search for more papers by this author Richard H.
