Description of the main aspects concerning the establishment of the Brescia Public Transport Agency and the activities it carried out in its first four years of life concerning the planning and organization of the local transport services entrusted to its jurisdiction. Presentation of the structure of the new planning tool (Programma di bacino). Impact analysis of funding mechanisms on the public transport organization at the local level with reference to Agency’s role.
