Abstract

Like many other aspects of running a nonprofit, the pandemic has necessitated a change in how groups provide site visits for prospective donors. What used to entail a short walk‐through of the organization's facility, accompanied by the executive director relaying a wealth of information and data about the organization's programming and operations, a site visit today is more likely to be conducted via Zoom or some other similar virtual platform. The shift to a virtual site visit means a shift in strategy as well, according to Laurence Pagnoni and Sheldon Bart of Bronx, N.Y.‐based LAPA Fundraising.
