Abstract
Three new sesquiterpene lactones were isolated from dried leaves of Blumea balsamifera. The structure of the sesquiterpene lactones were determined by their IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS spectral data and some chemical reactions. New sesquiterpene lactones exhibited the antitumour activity against Yoshida sarcoma cells in tissue culture.
