Abstract

Abstract Four eudesmane sesquiterpene glycosides named pulisignoside A (1), B (2), C (3), and D (4) were isolated in addition to lemmonin C (5) from the Tibetan folk medicine Ming·chen·serpo (Pulicaria insignis Drumm. ex Dunn). Structures of these compounds were elucidated by comprehensive analyses of MS, 1D NMR, and 2D NMR spectroscopic data. In the anti-nematodal bioassays, pulisignoside C (3) showed nematocidal activity against Meloidogyne incognita (IC50 25.42 ± 0.28 μM).
