Abstract

In view of the large inertia and high speed motion control problems of flexible multi-body dynamics system, the series of flexible multi-body dynamics system composition and the reason of elastic deformation are analyzed, the mathematical model of controlled object is built, the effect of classic PID control method and its shortage are analyzed, the optimization control method based on saturation control is proposed. Control system simulation model is established, the effect on performance of control system is analyzed from the acceleration deceleration period of limiting value, deceleration period of acceleration amplitude limit range and gain Kp , the possible problems in the process of control parameter optimization is pointed out, optimization of the proposed control method can solve the problem of large flexible system of servo control.
