Abstract
This study intends to determine the service performance of online transportation and public minibus transportation in Kupang city, using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. From the research results, there are several variables related to the performance of online transportation that falls into the "low priority" category, namely the availability of light fire extinguishers, cleanliness facilities, and affordability of the price. As for public minibus, there are several variables that fall into the "top priority" category, namely the identity of the driver and the behavior of the driver and vehicle crew. Some variables fall into the “low priority†category, namely safety equipment, health facilities and stop times at the terminals.
