Abstract

Logistics information management system involves logistics, industry, commerce, and government department. The emergence of the Internet of Things(IOT) efficiently supports the construction of the logistics management system. Service-oriented paradigm is a suitable paradigm for IOT model. This paper designs SLMSIOT, a service-oriented logistics management system based on IOT, whose architecture is composed of application layer, logical sensor layer, and physical layer. Application layer provides customization tools to customize logistics business. Logical sensor layer is a bridge that connects the application layer with the physical world. It’s divided into three main parts: service management, standard service, and logical sensor management. Physical layer includes a variety of devices.
