Abstract
This paper mainly studies the changes in the ecosystem service value of a bay city based on the changes in green buildings and landscape patterns. It mainly uses the Theil index method to calculate and analyze the differences and proposes corresponding suggestions to evaluate the total value of ecosystem services and quantify the ecosystem of the bay city. Through the selection of representative cities, an in-depth study of the rate of increase of the ecosystem service value brought about by changes in green buildings and landscape patterns was conducted. The research results show that the value of ecosystem services has increased by 2785.4 million yuan in the ten years from 2010 to 2020, accounting for 97.5% of the total value added of ecosystem services, and the regional average value has reached 687.24 × 105 CNY/(km·a). Green buildings and landscape patterns still have great impacts on the value of ecosystem services. Green buildings can improve the ecological environment. Changes in landscape patterns will have varying degrees of impact on the energy flow, material circulation and biodiversity in the landscape, which will affect the level of improvement. The value of ecosystem services plays a vital role.
