Abstract

Currently little is known about how service users perceive the neuropsychological testing process in a memory clinic setting. This service evaluation sort to gain information about patient’s satisfaction with the neuropsychological assessment process. Using a patient satisfaction survey adapted from Foran et al. (2016) patient satisfaction across different facits of the neuropsychological assessment process was examined. Overall patient satisfaction with the neuropsychological assessment process was high with no difference found between subscales. Qualitative data from the questionnaire identified areas of importance to patients relating to test anxiety, pressure of timed tests, and length/comfort of test sessions.
