Abstract

The information collection and release system is an important product of the new media era, it can effectively solve the problems of data storage and management in traditional media, and provide users with more efficient and convenient services. With the development of new media technology, information collection and publishing platforms are constantly updated, traditional manual management has been unable to satisfy users’ data processing and query, and artificial intelligence needs to be used to solve these problems. In order to obtain a more intelligent service system for new media information collection and release, this study takes Jinwan website network as an example, starts from the service function of the system, takes information collection, processing and release as the perspective, and proposes the design of digital media resource management and release system based on artificial intelligence. Firstly, the system design requirements are analyzed in detail, and then the overall framework of the system is designed according to the requirements by adopting a hierarchical method. Finally, each functional module in the system is introduced and realized in detail. The research shows that the construction system of this research has certain feasibility, which has laid a solid foundation for the realization of media transformation, thereby promoting the Chinese information collection platform to fulfill user needs more efficiently and conveniently.
