Abstract

Students are the most important stakeholder for higher education institutions (HEIs). HEIs need to understand the satisfaction level of students and if any gap found between expectations and satisfaction, it should be removed by providing better facilities. In this research study, to understand the gap between student expectation and student satisfaction, researchers have selected self finance colleges of Anand, Gujarat. To carry out the research, total 135 students have selected with convenience sampling method. The questionnaire was framed using the SERVQUAL dimensions. Primary data were analyzed with SPSS using various statistics viz. mean score, chi-square test, correlations and regression. Suggestions and conclusion are drawn with the help of data analysis and findings.
