Abstract
Indonesia has many islands and telecommunication is one of sector that is important to communicate and get information from others. To provide telecommunication services, government has the regulation about managing the Universal Service Obligation (USO) in telecommunication sector. BAKTI, a non-echelon organizational unit within the Ministry of Communication and Information Republic of Indonesia, has been appointed by the government to manage the USO funds and provide telecommunication infrastructure at area that has no telecommunication signal especially underdeveloped, outermost, and frontier areas in Indonesia. One of the largest amounts of the infrastructure that BAKTI’s provided is internet access. The internet access must be well utilized by public. To utilize those internet accesses, the service quality analysis is important to know quality of service from users. SERVQUAL method is one of method to measure the service quality with five dimensions. Respondents of this research give some suggestions to service quality of USO internet access.
