Abstract

Previously, we identified differential expression of serum microRNAs in patients with confirmed endometriosis1. MicroRNAs 125b and 150 were among those found to have the greatest distinction compared to controls. Our objective was to prospectively assess the ability of these microRNAs to accurately predict a diagnosis of endometriosis pre-operatively.
