Abstract

Serum anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) level is a well-established marker of ovarian reserve and a good predictor of ovarian response after controlled ovarian hyperstimulation. However, literature is unclear whether its measurement can predict live birth (LB) in spontaneous or assisted conception. To clarify this issue, we undertook a systematic review and meta-analysis to analyze whether serum AMH level may predict the chances of LB in women having conceived naturally and/or the cumulative live birth (C.LB) in infertile women undergoing assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
