Abstract
Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the effect of the certificate programs that perioperative nurses working in different surgical clinics participate in on their self efficacy-sufficiency levels.

While there was a significant decrease in starting behavior after the certificate program in the sub-dimensions of the scale. It was found that there was a significant increase in the sub-dimensions of completing behavior and struggling with obstacles.
Conclusion: Certificate programs have been found to be beneficial in the formation of behavioral changes of perioperative nurses and in increasing their self-efficacy perception.
