Abstract
71-year-old male was referred to the Ophthalmology Department with a choroidal metastasis shown in wide-field colour and optical coherence tomography images (A). He was found to have a primary lung adenocarcinoma, and bronchoscopic biopsies revealed tumour expression of programmed death-ligand 1. Subsequently, the immunotherapeutic agent pembrolizumab was started.
