Abstract

The Schrödinger equation involving the phenomenon of thelocalization and entanglement for an exciton in a quantum dotmolecule by an ac electric field is analytically investigated.New exact series solutions for the Schrödinger equationhave been obtained for the first time. The analytical expressionscan further describe the dynamical behaviors of an interactingelectron-hole pair in a double coupled quantum dot molecule underan ac electric field accurately.
