Abstract
We report here the nucleotide sequence of a rat TIS11 cDNA, an immediate early gene, induced by nerve growth factor and epidermal growth factor, by 12- O-tetradecanoyl phorbol-13-acetate, and other stimuli in PC 12 pheochromocytoma cells. The deduced protein consists of 320 amino acid residues with two tandem repeats of a putative Zn 2+-finger motif.
