Abstract
Separation of prostaglandin A2 (PGA2) and prostaglandin B2 (PGB2) was achieved by liquid chromatography on triethylaminoethyl cellulose as well as on a strong anion-exchange pellicular support. The stability of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) can be monitored easily by following the appearance of the UV active compounds PGA2 and PGB2 using the peak height method.
