Abstract

Chromatography on columns of ground macroreticular ion-exchange resins was used to purify some of the products of the trypsin digestion of a C-type human hemoglobin. The separations were monitored with a sampling automatic analysis system which combined alkaline hydrolysis and ninhydrin colorimetry.
