Abstract

In this paper, a ganglioside was extracted using acetone from the lipid soluble fraction of sika deer antler which was extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction technology. The crude ganglisode was purified using silica gel column chromatography, was identified using TLC and was characterized by employing IR. The biological activities show ganglioside has obvious inhibitory activities, and the pure one is rather good than the crude one.
