Abstract

In this paper, the problem of sentiment analysis on Amazon products is tackled. In fact, sentiment analysis systems are applied in all business and social fields. This is because the opinions are at the center of all human activities, and they are key influencers of our behaviors. In this study, the recurrent neural network (RNN) model is used to classify the reviews. Three Amazon review datasets were applied to predict the sentiments of the authors. In conclusion, our results are comparable to the best state of the art models with an accuracy of 85%, 70% and 70% for three datasets.
