Abstract

The parameter change of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and the interference of external load may affect the control performance, we use the sliding mode variable structure controller which can avoid the interference and parameter change and has fast response speed to supplant the conventional PI speed controller. Considering the obvious chattering and low observation accuracy of the orthodox sliding mode observer, the sensor control strategy of PMSM based on adaptive technology and sliding mode observer is studied. For the sake of improve the estimation accuracy of rotor speed and rotor position, SGN (s) function is replaced by soft and continuous SIGMOD (s) function to reduce the high-frequency chat of the system and ensure the estimation capability of the observer. Finally, the emulational results show that the proposed method can greatly weaken the estimation error and increase the mechanics and reliability of the system.
