Abstract
With the development of modern industry, more and more people pay close attention to the developmental and reproductive toxicity of environmental organic contaminants. These stuffs, accumulating in the human body, have the disruption of the endocrine. Main common organic contaminants are phthalate esters (PAEs), bisphenol A(BPA), alkyl-phenols, polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs), dioxin, etc. There were many researches about the toxicity of the male reproductive system, but few for the female. In the modern life, women play an increasing important role, and undertake an important responsibility of breeding the next generation. In this paper, we focus on the sensitivity of exposure to environmental organic contaminants for the development and reproductive endocrine of women.
