Abstract

A sensitivity analysis of a simplified electrochemical model was performed to find out the influence on the model output of the 37 physical parameters. The standard deviation of the simulated voltage after discharges at different temperatures and C-rates show that some parameters were more sensitive than others and needed more accurate identification or measurement to ensure the reliability of the model prediction. Moreover, processing of the sensitivity analysis results permitted to find out the conditions under which the parameters were the more sensitive. A step-wise identification strategy was then determined, to be able to identify the sensitive parameters of the model in a more accurate manner.
