Abstract

AbstractThree complementary methods of global sensitivity analysis are used to assess parameter influences in a dynamic, multi-nutrient model of plant growth developed by Cloutier et al. (2008). A restricted set of the most sensitive parameters is then isolated and estimated from a batch experiment on Catharanthus roseus hairy roots, leading to a reduced model of their sugar metabolism.
