Abstract

AbstractRadioimmunoassay, a useful tool to measure human growth hormone (hGH) in serum, cannot measure very low hGH levels in serum and urine under some conditions. This work reviews recent studies on the development and applicability of sensitive enzyme immunoassay technique for hGH, which can measure very low levels of hGH in serum and urine that have not been measured by radioimmunoassay.
