Abstract
A new method for sensing stochasticity and chaotic elements in dynamics of atomic and nanooptical systems in the crossed external electric and magnetic fields is developed. It is based on the quantum approach to calculation of the energy levels spectra and analysis of the level statistics for continuum are used. Some illustrations regarding the stochasticity and quantum chaos in non-H atomic system (Li) are presented.
