(Weick et al , 2005) Sensemaking is a socially constructed process in which individuals interact with their environment and with others to create meaning and enable action The COVID-19 pandemic has created an environment that is dynamically uncertain ? routines are upended, normal interactions are disrupted, and risk must be reassessed on an ongoing basis
