Abstract
It seems to be impossible to formulate a definition of the term Christian Apocrypha. The article therefore does not try to give a new definition, but tries to develop a possible perspective on the term Christian Apocrypha. Its main focus lies on possible relationships between apocryphal and biblical textual worlds. In this context ideas from semiotic text theory and the debate around different concepts of intertextuality are used.
