Abstract

Two-component derivative nonlinear Schrödinger equation (cDNLS) has been discussed in this paper. Analytic solutions of the cDNLS have been obtained by a modified Darboux transformation. By adjusting different parameters and affecting different factors, the relationship between different rogue waves and breathers is obtained. Here, we find that the position, distance, period, height, and brightness of rogue waves and breathers all can be controlled.
