Abstract
El presente trabajo tematiza la centralidad de la imagen en la contemporaneidad, atendiendo a la problemática del lazo social desde el psicoanálisis lacaniano. En este sentido, se partirá del anudamiento borromeano entre los registros real, simbólico e imaginario, interrogándose acerca de la distinción entre semblante y simulacro, y su articulación con el pseudodiscurso capitalista y el avance de las tecnociencias.
