Abstract

The ray method is used to calculate the SEM (singularity expansion method) poles of spheroids based on the concept of orthogonal decomposition. As an example, the calculated results are used to verify the correctness of the computing model, which extends the ray method for calculating SEM poles from two-dimensional scatterers to three-dimensional ones. >
