Abstract
国内高等教育机构现已面临全球性的生源竞争格局,为吸引优秀生源而提高教学服务质量和学生满意度势在必行。专业课程的设置与建设不仅对高等学校在校生至关重要,而且关乎本专业的可持续发展。因此,本文主要以中山大学南方学院旅游管理专业的基础课程——《旅游学概论》为例,探讨影响该专业基础课程感知教学质量和学生满意度的核心因素,分析课程教学质量、学生满意度及推介强度等变量之间的关系,旨在完善教学评价体系并进行有针对性地改进以吸引更多生源。首先,基于服务质量和满意度理论,设计学生感知教学质量及满意度调查表,并采用Likert10级量表设计问卷,然后对旅游管理大二到大四的学生进行调查,其中有效问卷319份,有效问卷率93.27%。其次,运用SPSS 22和AMOS 21软件对数据进行信效度分析,最后,分析得出因素之间的影响关系,并阐述了旅游学概论专业课程教学中亟需改进内容。 Domestic institutions of higher education have faced global competition. The establishment and construction of professional courses is not only important for college students, but also on the overall development of the profession. Hence, it must improve teaching quality and students’ satisfaction in order to attract outstanding students. Therefore, take the students in the course “Introduction to tourism” in Nanfang College of Sun Yat-sen University as an example to explore the relationship between the quality of teaching quality and student satisfaction, analyze the relationship between curriculum quality, student satisfaction and recommended strength, and aim to improve the teaching evaluation system and make targeted improvements to attract more students. First, this paper designs student perceived teaching quality and satisfaction questionnaire with Likert10-grade scale and the students from sophomore to senior of tourism management are investigated based on literature review of service quality and satisfaction theory. There are 319 valid questionnaires with the effective rate of 93.27%. Then, the reliability of the data is analyzed with the SPSS 22 and AMOS 21 software. Finally, the paper analyzes the relationship between the factors, and expounds the urgent need to improve the content of the course of “Introduction to tourism”.
