Abstract
目的 探讨采用自锁髓内钉内固定治疗肱骨干骨折合并桡神经损伤的临床疗效及优越性.方法回顾性地复习了8例肱骨干骨折合并桡神经损伤患者的治疗经过及疗效.结果所有病例骨折愈合顺利,桡神经功能恢复满意.结论肱骨干骨折合并桡神经损伤应尽早手术探查,自锁髓内钉内固定克服了传统钢板螺钉内固定的不足,能同时兼顾骨折愈合和损伤桡神经的功能恢复,有一定的优越性。
