Abstract

In this paper, we propose a method to compensate the effects of multiple carrier frequency offsets for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems when the received signals come from two spatially separated transmitters. The scheme estimates a proper compensation value with previously estimated carrier frequency offsets caused by the two transmitters. And then compensates the received time domain signal by using it, which results in self-cancellation of the interchannel interference should be introduced by frequency offsets 1 .
