Abstract
Self-assembled microlens arrays on microfluldic system are fabricated by selective plasma surface modification of patterned photoresist. Spin-coated UV-curable polymer forms microlens only on patterned photoresist due to the different surface energy between the substrate and the surface of photoresist that has been modified by the control of plasma gas.
