Abstract

A system was developed to support self-monitoring for everyday life. One of the features of this system is that heart rate information is used as an objective judgment material of stress for participation in the activity of ICF environmental factors, which is a subjective judgment material of the situation. In order to obtain this heart rate information, we used an optical wearable terminal that is less accurate than the electrode type in consideration of non-invasiveness to various needs in daily life. Furthermore, Onomatopoeia icon based on ICF was used for subjective data entry. These enable the simple expression of one’s internal emotions and are widely used in sensitivity expression classifications in psychotherapy and tactile perception due to their ease of use. In this presentation, we will report on the basic research on self-monitoring support and its implementation throughout the year in a COVID-19 infection control environment.
