Abstract

Purpose This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies. Findings A study of teachers in Chinese schools examined the antecedents of career sustainability with a focus more on proactive behavior from employees than internal traits, or the company’s organizational goals.
