Abstract

Polariton dispersion curves have been calculated self-consistently for two (pump and probe) beams with different frequencies, wave vectors, intensities and opposite senses of circular polarization. The effect of pumping to excitonic molecule states is described by the dielectric function of Haug et al. For the intensity ratio of ≈ 1/10, there is still a remarkable difference between the present results and those without self-consistency. The relation between the two-beam case and the previously treated case of single, linearly polarized beam is clarified.
