Abstract
Low voltage self cascode based differential difference current conveyors have been presented. The differential difference current conveyor based circuits have been analyzed and the results have been verified using p-spice simulations for 0.13 μm CMOS technology with level 7 parameters. The structure with a lower component count has current and voltage transfer bandwidths as 327 MHz and 857 MHz respectively and power dissipation of 41 mW.
