Abstract

Kidney illness is a key problem for individuals’ health across the world and a significant reason for death, too. Therefore, education and management are essential for prevention and treatment. Promoting self-management through improving patient self-efficacy may have lasting advantages as the management of kidney disease will bring positive results for the patient. However, the count of patients having incorrect self‐care conducts is still growing even with constant health education. Knowledge and self‐efficacy are the main parameters affecting self‐care conduct. Nevertheless, there are very few works on the significance of self‐care managing in patients suffering from kidney illness. Therefore, in this article, we have intended to conduct a systematic study on the importance of self‐care management techniques in kidney illness until Jan 2020. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of the revised procedures have been debated, and the key issues of self‐care management have been highlighted. The results have suggested that the management and training of individuals can help prevent kidney illness. Understanding several parameters affecting the growth of communities of self‐care managing will assist the experts in modifying the data and back the learning of self‐care managing. The outcomes can be helpful for the experts managing the self‐care with other lasting conditions.
